We visited the Musical Dome and Museum Ludwig. the kids loved it! The staff was wonderful, and breakfast was delicious. Our family, including our precious dog, appreciated the cozy atmosphere. It was a perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Cologne.
My wife says that having more dining options would enhance our stay.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The layout and decorations in my room, I almost forgot I was alone. Plus, the shared balcony was lovely for catching both sunsets and sunrises! I felt completely at ease there.
It wasn’t the cheapest place, but still acceptable for what I got.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room with its spacious bed and strong WiFi – perfect for relaxing after a day out! The garden area had lovely spots to unwind, like a shaded bench and a small fountain. Only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room, but that didn't really bother me. 😊

Great location for exploring Cologne
I really enjoyed my stay thanks to the fantastic location, just a few minutes from the central station and the cathedral. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The shared bathrooms were small but well-maintained, and I never had to wait in line for them. If I could change anything, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room for a morning coffee.

It was just a smart choice for a cursory stop in Cologne with best value for money ratio. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel welcoming. Make sure to check directions to the hotel exit to avoid any confusion when arriving at the main station.
